After my husband raved over it last year when he was on a sailing course, he wanted to show me where he stayed. It didn't disappoint. The rooms were beautifully decorated and cleaned to a high standard with lovely finishing touches. The breakfast was superb and Phil and Rick couldn't do enough for you.Parking was quite easy and free which...

Excellent B&B in a lovely area. Easy to get parked and parking was free. Bedroom had everything I needed, I had a separate bathroom which was a little small but for me this wasn't an issue. Bedroom, bathroom and dining room were spotless. Great breakfast. A few mins walk into Windermere and approx. 20 mins walk into Bowness. The lads...

From the moment Phil met us at the front door we felt very welcomed, the rooms are very recently refurbished and spotless, and the breakfasts were fantastic. Free wifi throughout the house is a nice touch, and it's a very central location within Windermere village -...

This is the only hotel you need to know in Windermere. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were welcomed. The rooms are spotless and the bed is seriously comfy to the point I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning I forgot I was away for the weekend! I thought I...

We stayed for 1 night at end of March, with our dog. The owners are really pleasant and welcoming. We stayed on the top floor, which was a family ensuite room and it was lovely with great views. Beds were really comfy. Breakfast was great, well cooked and get to chose what you want. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Phil and Rick are the most welcoming hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Our party occupied every room at Easter and we had a brilliant time. They helped us with a surprise special birthday celebration for one of our relatives. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. This is a dog friendly B&B for those that are interested - very clean...
