We stayed here for one night after a two week holiday in Scotland as wanted to break our journey up back home. Wonderful clean airy modern accommodation. The hosts were very friendly but not intrusive, made us feel welcome and relaxed with a knowledge of where to go for food and drinks in Penrith. We had a great night out...

We were doing the c2c bike ride and were happy to arrive here. The guest house is nicely decorated. Consistent throughout each room. It is very clean. The owner is very thorough, professional and friendly. Nice selection for breakfast and the food is well prepared. There is off road parking and o- rings to lock up bikes.

From the moment we arrived, Phil and Vanda made us feel so welcome, as though we were there own family. People like them are a rare...

Particularly the shower in our room was very powerful; most refreshing. The location is very handy for the town centre and close to travel links into the lakes. Would definitely stay...

The hotel is ideally situated to the Town Centre with local restaurants, bars and shops. Rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfast - what can i...

This is the third time we have stayed here and have never stayed at any other B&B more than once! Friendly hosts. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Right on the edge of the town centre with pubs and restaurants in easy reach. Very reasonably priced.
