Deb & Keith are such wonderful hosts. The guest house was spotless and all the little extras they provided, like fruit, sweets and biscuits in the room is a lovely touch. The breakfast..well what can I say except FANTASTIC. Thank you both for a fabulous weekend, we will see you again later in the year. Irene & Steve

This is the best Guest house we ever stayed in ! Debs and Kieth have made this a spotless , bright and welcoming base for anyone spending time in the Lake District. We managed to park outside (there are spaces behind the guest house) and were shown to our room where we were provided with a tea and cakes. The...

We've just stayed for 3 nights over Easter with friends. Deb and Keith are so welcoming, making us feel right at home. The accommodations are lovely and spotlessly clean. Full English breakfast is delicious with a huge range of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, juices - pretty much anything you could want! Its all the little extra touches that make the difference...

We booked 3 nights in the Dunsford based on the good reviews that it had received. From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the warmth exuded by the hosts, Debs and Keith and the fresh, bright, comfortable room we were given. Also, Debs provided us with a tray of coffee and cake on arrival which was really appreciated....

We had a 2 night stay at Dunsford. I received a lovely text message on the morning of our arrival which gave me a point of contact for the duration of our stay. We were greeted on arrival (after a delay on our part) by deb who was so friendly, inviting and welcoming. We were promptly shown to our room...

Excellent place to stay. Wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable. The guesthouse is situated in a very convenient part of keswick. We only paid £75 per night for 2 including a wonderful breakfast. I can not fault the value for money or the lovely couple who run the guesthouse. I will definitely...
