We have stayed at Leonards field house several times but normally at xmas and new year, but we decided to come in May, we had room 2 which was on the front of the house, it was lovely clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day, plenty to choose from a wide selection of...

A lovely B&B well managed, spotlessly clean. Neil and Teresa are very friendly and welcoming. A good Cumbrian breakfast with three options, and a vegetarian option available. The room was comfortable en suite, the bathroom being a little on the small side. My wife reported that the shower was somewhat cramped. The usual services were provided in the room. Unfortunately...

We stayed 8 nights at the Leonard's Field House and found warm and welcoming hosts in Theresa and Neil, who were always friendly and very helpful. Their lovely furnished and very clean B&B is located close to the town centre of Keswick and is therefore an ideal base for exploring the Lake District - which we intensively did during our...

Weve just returned from a short break in this wonderful guest house. A lovely welcome from Neil and Teresa. A nice touch was the offer of a hot drink and biscuits on arrival, very welcome after our long journey. Our room was spotlessly clean and nicely decoreated with lovely little touchs and an added bonus is a guest house to...

We stayed 4 nights at Leonard's field House. We arrived late on our first night and Neil arranged a dinner reservation for us, a wonderful start to the trip. We stayed in room 3. The room was nice and spacious. Every morning the breakfast choices were great both hot and cold. The spread put out in the mornings left us...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your recent stay with us at Leonard's Field House. Its fantastic to get such positive feedback and to know that you had such a great time, as Theresa and I work hard to try and achieve this. As you will know there is still so much more to explore...

Wonderful welcome and great hospitality. This B+B is easily located and very convenient for the town centre. The rooms are comfy and warm and I slept very well. I found the service very pleasing and I would not hesitate to book and stay here again..

We booked to stay two nights (paid an extra charge for slightly better room- odd re the additional charge as the place was empty) and whilst surprised by the number of 'do not' notices settled in for a two night stay - we were given a warm welcome. Regrettably my wife went down with flu so we had to leave...

Dear Dave Speight from Lothersdale, thank you for taking time to write a review. We are a little puzzled as to why it appeared well over 6 weeks after your stay. We are glad you had a warm welcome which we pride ourselves on, but, sorry you were a little confused about our cancellation policies which can be found in...

We have stayed at Leonards field house several times and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Our room was room 3, it was just how we imagined it from last time, clean, spacious and a lovely view of Skiddaw, it was very quiet considering it was so close to the centre of Keswick. Fantastic breakfast which were delicious for the 6...

Once again, we loved staying at this wonderful B&B and had our second visit this year (our third in total) at the beginning of September. Trip Adviser doesn't allow you to make reviews closer than three months apart which is daft if you've really enjoyed staying somewhere that you quickly book another visit!. Neil and Theresa go that extra mile...
