Having stayed at Seven Oaks twice before as a couple, once with the previous owners and a second with Sue and Iain, we wanted to bring our children along to experience our favourite place in Keswick. A mid-week Easter half term break was exactly what we needed and again it felt like home from home. Sue and Iain are equally...

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely Bed and Breakfast just a short walk from the centre of Keswick. We received a warm welcome from Sue and Iain who were more than happy to help with any questions we had on walks, restaurants etc. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic choice and generous portions. Homemade cake in the afternoon was...

The breakfasts were simply delicious. The area has spectacular views and walking tracks/hikes and I hope to stay here again when I travel to...

I can't fault this place. Ian and Sue welcomed us with warm smiles, showed us around their B&B, then left us to get on with our stay. The rooms are very well fitted out and finishing touches including sweets and biscuits were a plenty. Nothing was too much both for our hosts and they showed a very genuine interest in...

One of the best and everything here is top class. Ian & Sue's attention to detail is extraordinary as is the breakfast. Room was bright, welcoming and absolutely spotless. Can't heap enough praise on this establishment.

The rooms, the breakfast, the extra little touches, like fresh milk for guests, homemade cake and chocolates make this B&B exceptional. Location is great a couple of minutes easy walk I to centre of Keswick. Sue and Ian's hospitality is first class. We will be back.
