Lovely friendly greeting from Laura. Room was very clean and very well decorated with lots of space. So much evidence of the attention to detail, whether it's the room, the warm greeting or the general hospitality. And the breakfast..so tasty, probably the best I've had. Cannot praise the Howe Keld enough and a great base for local walking and the...

Can't say enough good things about our stay at Howe Keld and especially our hosts Jerome and Laura! We spent 5 nights with them and there was not a hitch throughout. First-class breakfast prepared by Jerome - really delicious with lots of variety and choices. The room, bed and bathroom were beyond what we imagined it might be and the...

Stayed here for 2 nights and everything was perfect. From the very friendly welcome, the clean and fresh room to the excellent breakfast, we had a great stay. Excellent location too, I would highly recommend. One of the best B&Bs we've had over the years staying in Keswick and will definitely return when we're next in the area.

On our way back down South from attending a wedding in Scotland, we stayed with our friends for two nights at the Howe Keld. We had a friendly welcome from Laura who showed us to our adjacent rooms. The room was on the small side but very well-appointed; there was even a small fridge for which we were given some...

My wife and I have just returned from a two night stay at Howe Keld. It was spotlessly clean and the room was large and the bed, comfortable. The breakfast is as good as it gets. Overall, the owners and staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect Thanks.

Visited with another couple for 2 nights, this B&B is spotlessly clean and tidy, the rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We did arrive early around 1pm but our rooms where ready and we checked in. The breakfast was lovely, and a good selection too! The location is great just across the from the entrance to Hope Park and...

We arrived after a long drive from Oxford. We were greeted and offered a drink but after the drive just wanted to get unpacked and see some of the town. Lots of stairs, and a bit confusing at first. They did offer to take our bags up and forewarned us so I can't really complain to much but if you're...

We stayed in this B&B, as a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) for a night in Aug-16 on our vacation to the U.K. This is our first experience to stay in any B&B & i must admit that it was quite wonderful. This B&B is easily located & has very very clean rooms. Though our room was...
