They made the most delicious breakfasts every day and cleaned our rooms daily without being obtrusive to our holiday. The property itself is a beautiful old house with lovely bedrooms, ours even...

We stayed for five days at The Cartwheel, and had a great time. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast great, location spot on, and the hosts were friendly and efficient and full of local knowledge..and the weather was perfect. Hope to return soon.

Very impressed with the modern-style room with all the mod-cons like a flat-screen tv. Debra and Nigel were the ideal hosts and gave great advise when we asked them where's best to go in the evening. The cooked breakfast was also perfectly done and definitely set us up for the day. Thanks Nigel and Debra!

We received a warm welcome, stayed in a comfortable room and enjoyed great breakfasts. Nigel & Debs are full of local knowledge. What more do you need? Well, location. The Cartwheel is less than 3 minutes walk from the nearest shops and 5 minutes walk from the centre of Keswick.
