The double bedroom was an adequate size, very clean & tidy with a bathroom with shower, toilet & sink, the towels were bath sheets. You had to pre-order breakfast which came freshly made & hot with...

This is a nice B and B but there were a few things that fall short. Firstly after travelling all day the owner made us fill out registrations ( we had already paid thru a tour operator) and made us order our breakfast before he would take us up to our room. Just had a couple of nights b&b and what a great find. The service was second to none, excellent standard of rooms, well furnished, and quality linen used. Great breakfast, and nothing was to much trouble. Parking on street outside free all day if you wait for a space. You won't be disappointed.

Very good breakfasts, nice to have good table linen. The second floor room I had was well appointed if a bit small. Wifi good and free. There is only on-street parking, which could cause problems with handling luggage.

Very comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Close to the city center. Came here with Rabbies Tours to Lake District. Bit hard on us pensioners to go up 2 floors but manager very helpful. Very peaceful.

Great hosts, super breakfast, nice and cosy rooms and a great location right round the corner from the centre of Keswick. Great shower and I liked the tea and biscuits in the room, room was a little small on the top floor but we didn't care about that. Fruit salad at breakfast was delicious!
