Reception check in very good by polite receptionist. Lift in hotel but not directly from the ground floor but more of mezzanine level. Nice large room with view over the river (3rd floor) but very warm. No air-con. Left windows open to try and compensate....More

Hello, thanks for your question. None of the family rooms have air conditioning I'm afraid, but they do have oscillating fans and windows that open over the river. Hope that helps!
