We booked this through a groupon deal. The food was really nice and great portion sizes. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were all that worked on our arrival but it was a quiet time so we had it to ourselves. The hotel itself needs a little revamp as is quite worn and dated in places. The room was spacious and...

A one night stay here and wasn't disappointed. A lovely character hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the room large and comfortable. Make sure you request a four poster room! Ours was lovely. Food in the restaurant was good and a lovely plated breakfast the following morning topped off a great stay. The hotel is tired in places but...

I bought a group on voucher as Christmas, For myself and fiancé. On booking the nights stay my partner (while explaining that we had a voucher) was rudely interrupted and informed that "they are fully booked". He then asked how we could get our money back and was told to go back to group on. If this is a representation...

We stayed here from a group on deal. It was well worth the price I believe as it was one of my birthday presents I was not told the price. The place could do with an update, but that's not something I really paid much attention on. The food was amazing I had the goats cheese pear and hazelnut starter...

Stayed here for one night after visiting family. Have stayed before as it's convenient but that's the only reason. Hoped it might have had a makeover but no. Hotel is tired and in need of considerable renovation. You are met with a smell of chlorine when you walk in to reception. We were in a second floor room which was...

Lovely stay at the Stonecross Manor hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was cosy, clean and comfortable. The pool and spa facilities were great. Breakfast was buffet style and well organised. Really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend the it.

We stopped in one of the exec rooms which was a good size with a lovely large comfortable bed. The welcome could have been better and a bit warmer. The spa was lovely and very relaxing. The shower in the changing room only had part of the door enclosure which left the floor soaking wet and no shower gel was...

Not impressed. Stayed for 2 nights in December. We booked this hotel because the rooms looked nice and spacious and the pictures of the sample food looked amazing. Not impressed with staying in one of the top rooms. The bathroom looked as though it was half finished during a re fit. Around the sink needed re grouting and the bottom...
