Arrived for husband 40th, room slightly smaller than expected and no bath, mentioned room Swap to staff and they couldn’t accommodate us enough. We moved to the sail loft (room 32h) which was perfect. Clean, bed comfy, great view, staff friendly and even left a birthday card.

Stayed in the Sail Loft room for our second stay at The Regent. Fab views over the Lake. Room was spotless and staff as attentive as our last visit. Breakfast was huge and guests are spoilt for choice. Will be back.

Hi TerrinBen, I have not heard of any guests having an experience with "spooky goings on" in the hotel, however as a non believer in the supernatural I would choose to believe any "goings on" would be other guests in the main hotel building and creaky floor boards. Hope that helps.

Do the dogs sleep in your room and do we bring their own beds
Do the dogs sleep in the room with you. If so do you take their own beds
The dogs sleep in the same room Generally there are dog bowls toys and a special area in the hotel where you can eat with your dogs too ! We take our own dog bed as our dog is quite big and they cannot cater for all sizes I guess ! Really friendly place run by dog people
