My husband and I visited this pub at the end of June. My husband had the Hungarian meatballs and I had the chilli. The food and staff were excellent. The meatballs were the tastiest that my husband had ever tried. Would highly recommend a visit

Service was definitely not with a smile, I ordered the steak pie I'm sure this dish was served as a stew as it contained potatoes, carrots and mushrooms never came across a pie like it dreadful disappointing .
after travelling all day tried to book a table at nearby Unicorn inn was told bookings not available but we went anyway to find a practically full pub, The young lady who met us showed us the one reserved table remaining which she had indeed...More
Went for dinner on Sunday eve over BH weekend.
Glad booked as v busy.
Staff v attentive and courteous.
Food delicious and plentiful.
Would definitely recommend steak burger!!
