Visited Hull for the first time this weekend, with the aim of exploring the highlights of the 2017 City of Culture. We were not disappointed. The aquarium, The Deep, is a fascinating and enjoyable few hours. The Ferens art gallery a delight, and the Maritime, Street Life and Slavery museums were fun and free. Everyone we came across was friendly...

Our favourite place to enjoy food and have family time but on this occasion it was NOT a nice experience,we had to mess about and pre order for the night and told we could only order 3 dishes off the menu and everybody else had to order within these choices, even though menu has at least 17 meals to choose from,then...

Possibility slightly faded, and layout required us to access our room all the street. However, very hard working lovely staff, generous portions of good food made for a very enjoyable stay, we would definitely return if staying in Hull.

There is only place I will stay in the foreseeable future. Location is perfect near to my old school and the city centre, but out of the way of the main crowds. Easy parking and efficient service. Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. What more do you needs. Three nights to relax in between visiting friends and family. Thank you.

Bed was 5 star, had a great nights sleep in a very large room for the price. Only pain is that it's in a separate building down the road about two doors. Shower lacked pressure on the top floor. Great breakfast and quick. Wonderful helpful staff. Also almost forgot, try the haddock and leek fish cakes, you won't be disappointed!

Our family came to Hull to visit for a few days and stayed at this beautiful place. The history suggests that it is the shop and former residence of the official seamstress for Queen Victoria. The service was great, people friendly, bed and breakfast price very good. Breakfast in the morning is in the main building dining room and they...

The Kingston Theatre Hotel set only a few minutes from the centre of Hull is first class value for money giving you great customer service from those staff on duty. We arrived one hour early not expecting to be able to check into our room but asking the receptionist if she could direct us to a good quality bistro /...

I was on a business trip and stopped 5 night at the Kingston Theatre Hotel, arriving on a Sunday and departing on the Friday morning. I was in a different part of the hotel with a separate entrance. My room as clean and tidy but I had an outside window which had been boarded up on the outside of the...
