HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 4 December 2016 via mobile

I decided to get a hotel close to the train/bus station so that way I can move around the close cities and explore more of its surroundings. The hotel staff is nice and courteous. The place is clean and friendly. The rooms are tidy. There a bit small for my taste, but for the purpose of only sleeping was enough...

Clean, comfortable and convenient hotel. Less than 5 minutes walk to Hull Paragon Interchange. Food and drink served in hotel bar but I did not eat there. Comfortable bed, quiet nights. Rooms as advertised with compact shower room. Reasonable price.

Here's why:- It's very close to all amenities. The railway station, all the shops, museums, cafe's, bars etc are 'just round the corner'!! The staff at this hotel are polite, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. What more could you want?

Only a five minute walk from Hull Paragon station, typical characterless Ibis Hotel, as are most purpose built multinational 'chain' hotels! Quick & efficient check-in, pleasant staff, rooms clean & tidy but a bit sparse on the supply of tea bags in the bedroom [two bags in a twin room, we had to ask for more each day] I had...

I booked our stay at the Ibis well in advance over the phone as I was looking for adjoining rooms. I called the hotel and they informed me that at the end of the corridor on each floor they have two rooms that have a mini corridor of their own with a lockable door, which was perfect for us so...

The bed was amazing, we both slept so well. The room was larger than I was expecting, which was nice and completely sound proof. Staff were very helpful on check in. Our only negative was that the bathroom smelt a bit musty and no dedicated parking.

Clean hotel with nice and helpful staff. After all if your intention is to have a safe and clean place to sleep for the purpose of doing what you are in Hull for (this year the city of culture), this hotel fits that purpose. The breakfast is an option and charged but very good. Liked that rooms had coffe and...

We wasn't expecting much for the price but the room was lovely. Bottom floor room, double bed and walk in shower which was clean and bright. Tea making facilities with coffee tea and complimentary biscuits. It's based in the city centre so it's just a stones throw away from the shopping centre and main town. Near bars and restaurants. Car...

Well managed, excellent staff, half decent breakfast, clean rooms and comfy bed. It's not your place to go for charm or character. You'd hope for Hull City of Culture they would make a it more effort with the art at least and ask some well regarded local artists to help out! Can't fault it otherwise
