Friendly staff and an excellent location. Solid value for the money. Short walk to Dover Castle, the bay shoreline, or several eating options. Planning on a return trip in May to take the boat tour and seal watch.

The room was super comfortable and the owner was as nice as can be. Breakfast was excellent and I'd recommend the Castle House Guest House to anyone without mobility issues due to the stairs. The bed was super comfortable as well.

Excellent location in the shadow of Dover Castle and well situated for a walk along the white cliffs. The room was clean and tidy with two comfy beds and what looked like a brand new TV. The breakfast cooked to order and first rate and all service with a smile. All in all a very friendly, convenient and pleasant place...

We went to the cliffs for a weekend getaway and found this B&B clean and inviting. The breakfast was well prepared and fresh fruit and juice. Beds were good and it was quit. We would stay again. Dover was a little quit on the night life but the White Hours pub on the corner was inviting.

We stayed here for one night with our borderterrier while driving through Dover. The place was clean and very comfortable with a good hearty breakfast that also caters for vegetarians. It's also dog friendly as the owners have dogs themselves, and our little terrier got lots of love from them. Would definitely stay again if I'm ever in Dover in...

Sharon is a super-wonderful hostess -- welcoming and kind and friendly and an amazing cook! The room was deliciously luxurious and clean, with fresh white sheets and towels and a fantastic view (we had a top-floor room). Definitely would come back and recommend this to others!

We stayed in the family room with an extra single bed provided to accomodate 5 of us. It was tight but most satisfactory. The room was bright and cheery with a view over a large tree and other houses’ chimney pots. Breakfast was just fantastic and the owners very friendly. We had a small rental car and had no problem...

After a 7 hour drive this hotel was a perfect oasis of serenity. Owner put us at ease straight away. Would advise you book parking in advance which we hadn't thought off. Clean, comfortable, quaint. Practically perfect in every way. Couldn't have asked for a better stop off on our journey forward.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The owners were very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I like the style of the rooms and if I ever return to Dover, I will be staying here again. The sound of the breeze and sea birds coming through the window was relaxing.

We chose this place as we wanted to stay in Dover after late arrival from the continent. The guest house has nice rooms, clean and sufficiently sized. Free parking is included (off site, but not too far), and the English breakfast was one of the best in way of variety and quality during the whole trip we made. Combined with...
