Great access and layout, friendly staff who were very helpfull. I would recommend for short stays and those discovering the local area. A good selection of local places to eat and drink. It was cheap when booked in advance.

Pros: Nice staff and great price. Loved that we could just take a walk for dinner and breakfast. Cons: Tight hallways, like, so tight. We were trying to check out with our bags, the cleaning people were out and took up more than half of the already small hallway. It was such a struggle to leave. We didn't sleep. The...

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff went over and above what is expected and perfect location for the Dover / Calais ferry. For example they offered de-icer, scrapers and umbrellas. Never had that before.

The hotel itself is great if you need to catch an early morning ferry and don't want to drive in the early hours. The rooms are comnfortable and well soundproofed so you hear nothing of the traffic driving past at all hours of the day and night. However, we had putchased a meal deal at the near by Brewers Fayre...

This was the 4th time stay and we were pleased to note that the standards had stayed as before. Staff are always helpful beyond the call of duty. I look forward to our next visit. It's worth mentioning that the Brewers Fayre attached to the hotel leaves a bit to be desired, especially with regard to the casual and lack-a-daisycal...

tiny, silent, tidy hotel, near the ferryport. Kind stuff and nice rooms. Good to find with the car. The White Cliffs of Dover are just a few minutes away. The Towncenter is also a few miles further. I would highly recommend this hotel, if you had a long journey to Dover, this is a nice location to spend the night there.

We just needed a stop over from Somerset to France and I have to say value for money, it was excellent with friendly staff, clean rooms and all you could expect. However the Dinner and Breakfast in the Brewers Fare was dreadful the place was filthy with stains of food on the benches where we were sitting and all over...

Very good location for overnight stay, good facilities on site with restaurant and garage. We hadn't make reservations in the restaurant but they have reserved tables for premier inn residents. Number of families staying before taking ferry from Dover.
