Made a late booking at this hotel which I had stayed add before it became a Travelodge. The location is really good for the historic shipyard, the university, and the dockside shopping and restaurants. The hotel room was basic but clean and functional in the travelodge style. It was better before under the previous owners. The room was cold when...

This place ha an issue with parking, we were very confused where to go and park. Our stay was average, the room was very expensive, it did not have a bath, so I could not take a shower - I have got a problem with my leg, cannot get wet, so I felt dirty the next day, hair unwashed, etc,...

This hotel was very clean and presentable. Room was well maintained. Food was lovely, lots of choice and reasonably priced. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our stay as this location. Lots of interesting places to visit near by.

Nice, quiet location next to the Historic dockyard. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms very clean, comfortable and good value for money. Walking distance to the marina retail park with cinema, bars and restaurants and to the University if visiting family. Didn't have breakfast but evening meals in restaurant not very good quality although did serve limited 'room service' type menu until...

This hotel is located at Chatham maritime docks. My room had a lovely view of the docks. Great shopping mall nearby with brand name outlets and restaurants. The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice --good value

I stayed here for work for four nights and having worked in hotels for many years I was pleasantly suprised by the quality of staff in a Travelodge. I have always seen it as a budget chain with budget staff but I must say Jade, Clarissa, Mark and Lindley were more than willing to go above and beyond during my...

Staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. They made a genuine effort to make us feel welcome and meet our needs. Room was surprisingly good, clean, quiet, with everything one could require for an overnight stay. Dramatic view of the Dockyard. Bed comfy and shower excellent

Stayed at the hotel on thursday 4th may. I was room 302. Great view over the dockside. The rooms were very clean. The young blonde girl who was at reception (forgot to get her name) was so friendly and welcoming. She was happy, very talkative and happy to help. Easy check in and check out! Bar was good, well priced...

Helpful and friendly staff, great location for our trip to Chatham Docks. Restaurant a little basic, but we weren't after fine dining with the kids 😊. Staff responded very promptly when our son had a little accident with a bottle of water on our bed, soaking it right through at 9:30pm. Fresh bedding brought up quickly (after a little confusion...
