we spent easter weekend in the cathedral lodge .. the place is quiet, not very glamorous , but extremely well located . By being in the grounds you get entrance to the cathedral and parking at a very reasonable rate ... good breakfast, very warm and cosy rooms . Because it's so central you're at walking distance to the town...

Stayed here for the easter weekend and loved it. We had a room in the Burgate and it was spacious well presented and had everything you needed for a weekend break . The only downside but not a problem with us was it was two floors up so you need to be able bodied to stay in the Burgate. We...

We had a great work Christmas party here. The venue is so atmospheric. It's amazing to walk in past the cathedral. The staff were really friendly and efficient. The food was excellent and the disco ended the evening perfectly.

Very impressed with the amenities and staff! The convenience to the Cathedral was incredible. And the views! Everything we expected and more! Great full English breakfast, 24 hour beverage service (at a reasonable price) and a comfy bed. Can't ask for much more.

Within the grounds of the magnificent Cathedral, you really couldn't find a better location to stay in Canterbury! Walking out of the hotel leaves you standing in front of Canterbury Cathedral. Breakfast is lovely, where you order what you'd like, rather than there being a buffet. The choices are good. You need to be flexible with car parking on the...

It's little wonder that this hotel is so well booked. Set within the secure grounds of Canterbury Cathedral, every room looks out on the cathedral itself and the booking even includes free access to it. The rooms are excellent; clean and very comfortable with free Wi-Fi and the usual tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was very clean and...
