Excellent value for money, great location and really helpful staff. Beefeater is next door and the food was great value and tasty. The hotel is clean and tidy. We asked for extra towels and were given them without problem. Loved our visit here as well as the tour or the Warner Brothers Studio just a few miles down the road

Stayed here on a pretty decent deal recently, It's next to the M25, But don't be put off by this you don't hear noise from the Traffic. Rooms your typical Premier Inn, Perhaps a re decoration in the rooms, Ours looked a little 'Tired'. The Bar Restaurant is in the Old Watermill, Quite Charming. My partner has a temporary disability,...

I love this Premier Inn. I have family in St Albans so regularly visit the area and always choose to stay here. The hotel is what you'd expect from a any Premier Inn with contemporary room with the standard amenities expected and good breakfast options. Whats great about it is thats its an old mill, with the mill race running...

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for his birthday weekend as we were visiting St Albans and Warner Bros Studios and this hotel was in the middle. I booked the hotel after seeing the photographs of the hotels setting and was not disappointed on arrival. The staff were lovely, the hotel itself was very clean both outside and...

Very comfortable room and quiet although close to the motorway. Good restaurant next door for an evening meal in the Mill Restaurant, where breakfast is also served in the morning. Good food, with a good choice for breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. No lift if your room is located on first floor.,

This Premier Inn is initially difficult to find if you use the post code, as it's a good 1/2 mile up the road from where your Sat Nav takes you. However, the setting, next to a stream with large fish in the adjacent pond is very unlike any other Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. All the usual positives are...

With the St.Albans City Centre Premier Inn full, my wife and I decided to try the Bricket Wood hotel, which is not really in Bricket Wood and is very hard to find, our satnav taking us to a location half a mile away. The signing could certainly be improved. However, what a charming location when you do find it, down...

We stayed here whilst visiting Harry Potter studio tour. It was basic but clean and the receptionist was extremely helpful. We dined in the Beefeater next door which was also good. An excellent place for a stop over.

Missed the entrance to the lane on the first attempt and had to turn round and go back so a new more prominent sign may help. Met at reception by Marie who couldn't have been more pleasant. Ate at the Beefeater next door that evening and breakfast the following morning and quality and quantity of the food was great. Only...
