The owners and staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful which is always a big factor in any hotel stay. As would be expected, being on Ledbury High St, the hotel...

I have stayed at the Royal Oak a couple of nights now in the past few weeks. All the staff are very friendly and as a female staying alone I feel safe. The hotel is very clean. The car park is also clean (relating to another comment on here) and although I have seen the dog I didn't hear it...

My wife and I stayed here while attending a dinner elsewhere in Ledbury.Although old fashioned, the room was clean and more than adequate for an overnight stay. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again if in this area.

It was a last minute booking (Would have preferred to have stayed at The Feathers in Ledbury if at all possible, but it was fully booked) arrived in a building site of a car park, and was then accosted by a large German Shepard dog. The car park was littered with dog excrement, of which some ended up on my...
