Very comfortable stay and good meals in the adjoining Beefeater save for Brussels sprouts from the freezer! It was a good base for visiting Hereford including the Cathedral and Belmont Abbey as well as a trip to beautiful Ludlow and the castle.

Stayed here quite a few times back in the summer for business and I have to say it was always a good experience. The Euro's were on at the time so I spent most of the time laying around in the massive bed watching back to back football matches and eating doritos. The pub opposite is also not too bad... More

The rooms were clean and tidy and like all Premier Inns comfortable. We used the beefeater starting gate restaurant for the first night and no complaints about the meal at all. Slight wait. Breakfasts were a shambles. Queing for tables, a distinct lack of staff, poor service and constantly running out of food and coffee. Lots of moans and groans... More

Have stayed before and since our last visit has had a bit of a face lift. Rooms are a good size with the lovely comfy premier inn beds. Just wish they had upgraded bathrooms as ours was very tired. Mouldy grouting on tiles and wish they would replace shower curtains with screens. As another review said it can be difficult... More

Comfortable, clean rooms, friendly, welcoming staff and the bonus of a bath and excellent relaxed breakfast, Premier Inn Hereford was a hit with the family. Great base for our vist, we hope to be back soon.

The check in process was good and the staff were very keen to help out and advise where applicable. Very good accommodation. The rooms have been updated, with nice widescreen TV and retiled bathrooms. All was very clean and tidy. Only minor gripe was no side table or additional chair in the room. My wife and I were very disapponted... More

Only problem we encountered was bus service. Almost non existent, weather was bad so had to use taxis to town centre and back during our weekend stay. Also room was a bit on the chilly side, heating was from a convector heater and had to turn up thermostat morning and evening.

Cannot fault room but as it was a Friday evening it was very noisy up until 4am , people shouting, running up and down corridors and banging on doors, a very poor nights sleep before a 12 hour shift at work ☹️

Great hotel, lovely room and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and even though my room faced a fairly busy road, I couldn’t hear the traffic with the windows closed. The black out curtains made the room really dark at night and I slept really well. The shower was excellent, I had tea &... More
