I stayed here over the last Bank Holiday weekend as I was getting married in Herefordshire. I also recommended that friends and family stayed here. What a great decision. Rosie and Bill were accommodating before and throughout my stay. They were especially kind when I kept calling to revise my check in times. On arrival they were welcoming to me...

Fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Hereford this professionally run hotel has much to recommend it. The Breakfasts are generous with friendly and helpful service and the rooms well appointed and noise free. There is off street parking. For those of us that prefer a bed that gently supports your back the mattresses are perhaps a bit hard and...

Rosie and Bill do a fine job here of running a great place to stay near Hereford city centre. Very nice room, with excellent en-suite. Breakfast was lovely, especially the fruit salads (they do full Eng too!). Afternoon tea in the garden when we arrived was a nice touch. The house is situated in an up-market and very quiet area,...

Clean bathroom with marvellous water pressure in the shower and lovely toiletries provided - white robe and slippers in the wardrobe. Just returned from wonderful stay with Rosie and Bill at Somerville House. A tray of tea served in the pretty garden on arrival was most welcome. Our rooms were spacious, stylish and spotless, with plentiful fluffy white towels, showergel and shampoo. The beds themselves were irresistibly comfortable - only the thought of the excellent breakfast (and fantastic nearby biking roads...

We had the smallest double room for three nights, and that was great. The room was fantastically clean, very neat, and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent - all freshly made at the time of ordering, and yet still efficiently provided. And they coped with the Coeliac-disease sufferer (gluten free) in the family perfectly. The comfortable sitting room is open to...

Pat and I have stayed at Hotels and B&Bs in the US and UK, ranging from the Hilton family and the Best Western range, to B&Bs in the Outer Hebrides.and we can honestly say that Bill and Rosie provide the warmest welcome we have found anywhere. We usually have a top-of-the-range room which excells anything we have stayed in elsewhere....
