Last week I visited Southampton harbour hotel for my full body massage with Rhiarna. I highly recommend! Rhiarna was so polite and very professional, Made me feel at ease and comfortable in which I think is very important when receiving a massage, She asked what my needs were for for massage and achieved them! Since my body had felt Renewed and relaxed. If you are looking for a high quality Masseuse I recommend booking in At harbour it hotel, You won’t regret it!! - Thank you again!
What a superb experience. We booked a two night break here and we were utterly blown away. The room and location was fantastic but what really made it stand out was the staff and the service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel like everyone was pleased we had chosen to stay with them. Breakfast was superb and room service was brilliant. We would definitely stay again!
Five star accommodation and service at this hotel! Our group of 5 stayed here pre- cruise. Tanya at reception went out of her way to help us and make us feel so welcome. Yanni helped us with our luggage and transport and was so very kind, going out this way to drop us off in the city center after our cruise for some shopping. The rooms are lovely and the roof top restaurant and bar looking over the Harbour is a huge plus. I highly recommend this hotel!
Had two wonderful nights at this boutique hotel…..wished it had been more. The rooms are lovely and most have a view over the marina, we were lucky as the marina had a boat show on so it was buzzing. Didn’t have chance to use the pool but it looked a good size and modern. All the rooms have binoculars to view the boats , a Nespresso coffee machine, mini bar and a complementary 1/4 decanter of house gin and sherry. Breakfast is awesome with a great choice ….full English, continental and vegan options.
We had 22 people staying for a business Incentive trip (Hewlett Packard). The service was outstanding, we made a lot of noise on the one lunch when we did awards, the staff dealt with it amazingly. They accommodated our every need with a smile. Would highly recommend this hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable after a long day. Thank you to all the staff!!
Just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. Ate at the Jetty and the food was excellent (the soufflé Arnold Bennett was outstanding). Very friendly staff both at check in and on departure. Can't wait to return.
The Southampton Harbour is an upscale hotel in Ocean Village set in the beautiful Ocean Village Marina. Given the great weather we had for our stay the location could not have been better. From the moment we arrived to when we left the staff could not have been more attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious clean and well appointed. The complementary gin and sherry was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast menu was vast along with a plentiful cold buffet and the food was excellent including our dinner in the in-house Jetty restaurant. If I am being picky a walk in shower would have been nice for the price and the wifi signal could have been stronger on the enormous balcony. But overall I am more than happy with our stay.
My partner and I stayed here for a night to celebrate my birthday. The stay was absolutely delightful - From check in to check out. At check in we were greeted by Mae who greeted us with a smile and even showed us to our room which I thought was a beautiful touch, the spa and pool facilities were beautiful and clean. We dined in the Jetty and again the staff were so attentive and the food was delicious. Our room was beautiful with views of the harbour. It is very rare where a stay leaves you feeling relaxed but I would thoroughly recommend a stay here and would without a doubt book a reservation again!
The Porter/concierge staff especially Julian and housekeeping staff were fantastic. the reception staff average and a little cool except for when I was checking out. The room with a view of the marina was wonderfully spacious. The downside was how high the bed is and if you need total darkness the phone and towel warmer have lights that won’t turn off. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Clearly a fairly new hotel, and great location. The room was absolutely gorgeous, really loved the design. Bed super comfy and whilst on business, I’d stay here for a personal trip. The top floor restaurant was very nice, views would have been great if it hadn’t been lashing with rain! We took breakfast up here too. Highly recommend for business or pleasure.
