Yet again The Snooty Fox exceeded all expectations in Going that extra mile to ensure my birthday was another day to remember. The whole ambience of the hotel is second to none. Krzysztof and Ella whilst running a busy bar were still attentive to our party's needs ensuring our glasses were never empty. Full credit to this wonderful hotel. 10/10.

My husband and I stayed here during the Easter weekend. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed a drinks and dinner in the pub on the first night. The food, especially the breakfast, was very good. The hotel offer a DVD library for those wanting a night in, this is nice little touch. The pub is in...

We returned to the Snooty Fox after a three-year gap and had a lovely break. The rooms are clean and large, the beds are comfortable. Meals and breakfasts are good, can be a bit crowded in the bar, but the locals seem to use it. Richard that works in the bar and the restaurant is a great asset to them...

Popped in for a drink. Wasn't eating or staying. Nice looking building. But little atmosphere as a pub, despite having some good local beers in. Too many tables in the bar set up for dinners, and not many local drinkers. Ok place, decent staff. But a bit disappointed.

Dear HolidayJunkie99, Thank you for taking the time to write a review, pleased to hear that you liked the building, staff and the beer! Sorry that you found it to be lacking atmosphere, you must have caught us at an unusually quiet moment.

My husband and I stayed for here 2 nights for our wedding anniversary weekend. We booked a superior room, and on request Scott ensured we had a shower, rather than jacuzzi bath. We were met by Leticia on reception, immediately jolly and welcoming, recommended local pubs and checked us in early. Our room was big, with an enormous, comfy bed....

We stayed a night at this hotel and were disappointed with the room, it had a tired look and the furnishings were long over due for replacement. All staff were great, cheerful and helpful. The dinner menu lacked imagination and could have been improved by adding more traditional pub dishes such as steak and ale pie, lamb shanks or possibly...

We've just returned from an overnight (Secret Escape) stay at the Snooty Fox and it's been such a fabulous weekend. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room (and very thankful for the help we had with our bags given we had our dog's paraphernalia with us!) which was delightful. We were in room 7 (a superior room) which...

Right in the centre of Tetbury, this is a good place to stay. We booked a superior room, but although it has a jacuzzi bath, we asked to change rooms to a smaller standard room with a shower. There were no issues with changing, but it is unusual to find rooms nowadays without showers. The standard room was lovely with...

We were disappointed from the beginning with the Snooty Fox. On arrival there was no welcome from the 2 members of staff at reception, they were too busy talking to each other. It was hard to distinguish who the staff were and who were the guests, as staff were dressed very casually. Also did feel that staff were rather thin...

Taken here as a treat by my daughter. Male receptionist welcomed us and asked where we would like to sit. Asked to take order for tea or coffee. My daughter said could she have a soft drink told no.
