Myself and three friends stayed in room 5 (2 bed apartment on two levels) on 15 March 2017. The whole accommodation was clean and well maintained with attractive furnishings and decor throughout. Well equiped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine and pods provided). We particulary liked the extra touches; fresh flowers on the table and some nice little surprises in the fridge...

We booked a Lucent two bed apartment, very basic, heating not working properly , short of equipment Great position but shouldn't be classed as Lucent Fire alarm went off at 8 am but no one turned up at fire point and no fire brigade , very surprised Found out later it was burnt toast, think they need to rethink the...

Wonderful base for a Cotswolds break with 2 bedroom suites perfect for families. The fully fitted kitchen was a great amenity to prepare breakfast but not needed for other meals with all the great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Daniel and Jon offer a great service and very kindly returned my son's teddy that he left behind. Very handy...

Beautiful stop in a fabulous apartment. This hotel/apartment had fantastic service from check in to check out which exceeded expectations, we were greeted and assisted with luggage from the car park which is just accross the road. Nothing was a problem, cot for the baby was in and all setup ready. The check out was delayed for my family as...

A great place to stay! The apartment was just perfect for a family with an age spread of 19 years old to 8 months! Everyone was able to stay together in the main kitchen and lounge area and then we had two separate bedrooms for the teenagers and a travel cot was provided for our baby. Daniel kindly purchased a...

We stayed here for a night during the half term break and it proved to be a great base for exploring nearby villages. The carpark is situated opposite the hotel and is free to park. A warm welcome upon arrival followed by a quick explanation and tour around the apartment. The apartment itself was modernised, clean and had everything we...

We have just returned from a fab one night stay here. We had one of the one bedroomed apartments. Extremely spacious. Very comfortable indeed. We ate out but there is everything you would need to self cater. Efficient check in and out. Just made a phone call and Daniel came down. We would definitely return if we wanted to visit...

Stayed here overnight as a last minute alternative to staying with relatives and what a treat it was! We were in a two bedroom suite, extremely spacious with gorgeous ensuite bathrooms, kitchen fully kitted out and large lounge with satellite TV. The hosts had left us breakfast for 4: croissants, yoghurt, juice and flap jacks and the kitchen had a...

Great location within walking distance to the centre of town,Free parking and a beautiful, clean, well equipped, spacious 2 bedroom apartment (with really comfy beds!!). A great place to base yourself for a few days and explore the Cotswolds, just a pity we couldn't stay longer. They are currently doing renovations downstairs but this didn't impact at all. Only comment...
