Stayed here for two nights in the New England Room. It was so cosy and comfortable we barely left the place (which is rare for me and my boyfriend). The room was full of character and well decorated, bed very comfy and all very clean. The views over the Cotswolds from this room are lovely. Cute little nook with a...

We stayed at the Cardynham House for 2 nights in March; I do agree with some of the comments that the man at the end of the phone was a bit brusque, but the staff at the hotel were nothing but helpful and very pleasant throughout our stay. Our room was very quirky but lovely! We stayed in the New...

Having tried to redeem a voucher with this hotel I can only say don't bother. Before I had even mentioned the voucher it seemed that I was an inconvenience trying to book a room - how could I not know how popular and over-booked they already are? The long and short of the phone call was that I might as...

We stayed at the end of January and when we arrived the room (number 2) was freezing cold - so cold we thought about leaving. Luckily we found a fan heater in the wardrobe and left that running. We think that the radiator had probably only been turned on the morning we arrived since the room soon heated up. The...

We only stayed one night but the Dovecote family room was very nice, very much a European sized bathroom though (aka minute!!). Our only gripe was the quality of the breakfast which was average at best.

Having tried to book a two night stay with a voucher I found the person on the telephone extremely unhelpful . I was completely put off by this and would not go there if you paid me. He complained that he was always getting calls from people with vouchers. Surely that is the whole point of them as it increases...

Well absolutely shocked at my phone call 5 minutes ago i felt compelled to have a look on tripadvisor! Why on earth didnt i read this before i tried to book.... I can only guess that the guy that answered the phone was the manager "John" that everyone here seems to be talking about? I just called the hotel as...

A really quirky and cosy place to stay. Beautiful room up in the roof of a wing at the back of the house. Beamed ceiling, half tester bed and lovely views of the Cotswold hills from the window. We were extremely comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay. We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming and the...

Hotel is family friendly. Our room as spacious for three people and the bed was super comfy. The shower was amazing, the best shower we had while in Europe for two weeks. Parking is very difficult and the WIFI did not work in our room at all (top floor, attic conversion). We needed to go down to the lobby to...

We found this lovely little hidden gem in the Cotswolds. We spoilt ourselves by choosing the pool room which is the most expensive but it's a little suite more than a room . You have private access to the pool . Very private and quite special . There was a little problem with the noise from a neighbouring pub at...
