Went here for a Christmas party with old work mates, the food was ok but some of the party did not receive their vegetables until many of us had finished our dinners. The room we stayed in was basic and the shower was awful. Breakfast in the morning was loop warm and not very nice Will I stay here again...

The friendly pub and restaurant at the Corinium Hotel are meeting places that the local residents of Cirencester enjoy. I ordered the sea bass for dinner and full English breakfast in the morning, both were very delicious. The bedroom was very tiny but comfortable. We had a nice walk to the City Center and did some shopping. I liked the...

I had seen some good reviews about this hotel with the odd comment about the rooms being quite small. I went for the biggest room they had to ensure I enjoyed my stay with the four poster bed etc. It was still small, poorly finished the only plus was all the lovely old beams. I know old buildings are supposed...

This is just the job for a relaxing few days tucked away from the hustle and bustle of life. Unpretentious describes it very well: very friendly and reasonably priced. We did have a problem with the bill when we left: they were determined to under-charge us and it took a bit of negotiation to get the bill up to somewhere...

We had a family lunch here as it was close to Powell's School and the weather was terrible. We were not disappointed and left with pleasantly full tummies. The Toad in the Hole with mash and veg accompanied with red onion gravy wasn't quite as expected as it was a large Yorkshire pudding with 3 large sausages inside rather than...

Family run hotel on the edge of the old town. Retains some features of the original building such as beams in some of the rooms. Had lunch and breakfast, both very good. Excellent free parking at the rear. Very friendly service.

Lots of character, very clean. Charming common area with a bar. Breakfast good and staff friendly. Yes its an old historic hotel however the rooms should be updated to todays standards. Beds creaky , TV smaller than my laptop screen. Location is a nice walk to downtown market.

Stopped for a leisurely light lunch in the garden of Corinium Court hotel where my wife and I both enjoyed an excellent crab salad. This was served with warm fresh baguette and a couple of glasses of NZ Sauvignon Blanc. A very pleasant early summertime treat. Perhaps the dish would have been even better without the dollop of coleslaw! Staff...

I arrived on a Sunday for an overnight stay. Reception staff friendly, and room very small without any frills, with dim lighting and a dismal view from the window.. Both handles on the bath were broken. Staff recommended a beef roast from the lunchtime carvery. This was very disappointing; poor quality meat and very tough. Staff in the bar were...

Dear ROamingNick Thanks for your review and whilst pleased to note your positive feedback, I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations regarding the room and your roast dinner. From the description of your bedroom this was Room 6, which is classified as a compact double and furnished in a modern duck-egg blue scheme. It offers free-view TV,...

Met up with family and the hotel's instructions to get there very clear. Ample car park which you often don't get in town centres. We loved the rooms in the top - very quaint with loads of old beams, mind your head! Yes rooms are small but you don't spend huge amount of time in them and we thought them...

Dear John Many thanks for posting your review about the hotel and we were delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us, despite your wife’s sudden illness. It was no trouble at all and we are just pleased that she made a swift recovery. Thanks again and do hope that we can welcome you both back on another occasion. Kind...
