It's very Clean place, the bed is really nice to sleep on. But couldn't figure out how the heating works. you should ask them. Breakfast was nice too fresh orange juice and fruits and yogurt plus english breakfast- toast, eggs, cereals, coffee or tea. I would stay there again.

This guest house was booked for us by a touring company and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The rooms were beautiful and immaculately clean. Sweet and welcoming hosts and an excellent homemade breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here one night on our way home from a holiday. Our family live in Cirencester & we were collecting our pet. It was too late to drive home so this was a late booking. The house was delightful, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, very comfortable, it was a pleasure to stop here. Breakfast was exceptionally good with lots of...

This is a great guest house, ideally located and excellent facilities. Hosts Paul & Sue are very welcoming. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the location is on a busy intersection and, because we had to open the windows to stop the room being too hot overnight, the traffic and local noise was very disturbing. Otherwise...

Awesome bnb with great hosts and breakfast. Room was immaculate. Hot shower and comfy beds. Adorable decor in the rooms. We had the full English breakfast and it was delicious. Also try the homemade granola! We very much enjoyed and wished we could stay longer!

Great B&B. Lovely hosts, nice room, exceptionally clean, welcoming hosts, fairly priced, free parking available, great location for exploring Cirencester on foot (<5 mins on foot from town centre) and access to wider Cotswold region. Only minor quibble is we'd prefer a more powerful shower. Highly recommended.

Don't hesitate to spend some time in this B&B - wonderful hosts, beautifully decorated, spacious and spotless rooms just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. It has everything you need for a delightful stay including good quality shower gel, hand soap, shampoo, cotton wool and cotton buds - just perfect. Sue and Paul are fantastic hosts who...

I booked this B & B for a reunion with 2 of my old work chums. I looked on TripAdvisor to find a good B & B . I was impressed with the "Number 1" on TripAdvisor and so went ahead and booked. Well I am not surprised at all that Paul and Sue are "Number 1" The minute they...

I met up with friends after 30 years at the Ivy House, and so a lot of talking and laughing had to be done. Paul and Sue could not have been more hospitable and tolerated us cluttering up the place, chatting endlessly. Given that the house is situated on a busy crossroads, inside the rooms are incredibly quiet. Good beds,...
