I have regularly used the Wyastone for business trips and can only praise if for the warm and friendly greeting, a fabulous breakfast and all in a beautiful and tranquil setting. For those visiting Cheltenham on business or to sample its beauty and numerous attractions, this is the place to stay.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are big and comfortable, with all you need for a perfect stay. The location is also perfect: near the center with a lot of restaurants reachable by walking. The ladies were always kind and gentle. Breakfast is really fantastic: my favorite is the "full English" but there's a lot of variety. Only one comment about...

Really enjoyed this lovely hotel. Friendly greeting when I arrived, lovely room and a very welcome glass of wine brought to my room with crisps. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and wonderful space to relax in. Free wifi worked well. The courtyard was lovely and sunny place. Breakfast was also really good, bacon especially yummy! Really good hotel, friendly and welcoming...

It is really refreshing to find an establishment where there is so much attention to detail, the rooms are well maintained and so much effort is put into customer service (all three are sadly lacking from many hotels and B&Bs in the UK these days). On arrival Lydia gave us a very warm welcome and lots of useful information about...

Visited an old friend in the Cotswolds and the Wyastone was recommended to me by a race going friend that frequents the hotel annually. I could not have been happier with his recommendation! Smiling staff, beautiful room overlooking the front and a bar supplied with tasty local ales. What more could a Yorkshire man desire. I will definitely come back...

Having read some of the other comments we really were expecting better. Yes, the location is good and the staff are pleasant, but the price for what essentially is a guest house (not a boutique hotel) is rather excessive. We booked what is described is as a "superior courtyard double". In reality, you go through the house, across the rear...

An excellent location for anyone visiting Cheltenham, nicely positioned just on the edge with a 10 minute walk into both the Montpellier bit in one direction and the main part of town in the other. Nice breakfast, good rooms, very helpful hosts. If you want a more upmarket b&b without the high end hotel prices this fits the bill and...

The location is excellent, really close to Montpelier bars and restaurants as well as an easy walk into town. The staff were all utterly charming. Breakfast was excellent and served in a most pleasant room by a delightful host. Our room was across an inner courtyard which offered privacy and was very pleasant, although the bathroom could do with a...

My father has been returning to the same hotel for years and I can see why. It is an attractive, airy building with clean, well-equipped rooms. The complimentary breakfast is freshly cooked to order, substantial and there is a wide choice - I particularly recommend the homemade granola if you get up early enough to catch it before everyone scoffs...

Friendly welcome with maps and advice on arrival. Our courtyard room was spacious and comfortable. Full English breakfast was excellent. Having booked through booking.com we had left a dietary request on the booking page but this had not been passed on to the Wyastone. We should have made the request directly to ensure it would be taken care off but...
