Stayed here with my family so booked 3 rooms for the weekend. The first thing that hits you is the musty smell which we think is not helped by the awful furry curtains! They are just like giant rugs. All the bathrooms had very poor showers although there was plenty of hot water it just dribbled out. Our beds all...

Stayed here with friends on a 2 night stay on a trip to Cheltenham races. On the plus side, the location is centrally located, the staff are helpful and the hotel and rooms are very clean. Breakfast is included, and although not the largest selection you'll ever see, is freshly cooked and tasty, and the breakfast staff are particularly friendly...

My friend and I both were attending the races at Cheltenham in October and this place seems like a nice easy cheap option , I don't give much thought sometimes to these types of places as usually you are just looking for a certain set of boxes to be ticked, ie, cleanliness, facilities, after work in room entertainment ( ie...

Just back from staying here with my granddaughter for Chetlitfest. Location was excellent for the festival, shopping, restaurants and bars. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly too. Room was basic, but clean. Everything provided for tea/coffee. Toiletries also available. Wi-fi free too. Stored cases on our last day as we were travelling by train in the early evening. Would definitely...

Festival was very good, as ever, with a wide range of speakers and interests. Big Sleep Hotel was in an excellent location, only a short walk to Festival sites. Hotel itself was OK for a one night stop, but basic. The beds were not very comfortable and the shower was poor. The kettle was broken and the carpet was stained....

It was fine. A great welcome and farewell from Simon on Reception. A true asset to the place! The room was good enough, except for the lack of privacy from the properties that overlook you. I was in Room 215. There were curtains but no nets/blinds for that daytime privacy. I arrived in my room around 3.30/4pm and didn't want...

The parking is a bit tight, but the hotel is clean and well-presented and all the staff I met were very friendly. The bed was comfy and the inclusive breakfast sets you up for the day. I liked this place and would be happy to stay there again.

The big sleep cheltenham is a reasonably priced budget hotel located near the town centre. The rooms are small and functional, but clean and everything worked fine. The bathroom was good size, with a big bottle of hand cleanser, rather than the ones you feel the urge to take away! Towels were good size and suitably fluffy. The fluffy theme...
