Stayed for two nights in this small, classic hotel. Great welcome and very friendly staff throughout the stay. Lovely very large room and very stylish bathroom. Breakfast is excellent and freshly made to order. Parking is provided, and the location is great for walking in to the centre (5 minutes max) to go shopping or for a great choice of...

We stayed for 1 night in March and were very impressed with hotel. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful and left us full for most of the day! Although not in the centre of town it is only a 15 minute walk to the high...

We visited the Townhouse in order to see Gloucester play rugby and see some of my girlfriend's family. The location of it was ideal. Handy enough for town to get the bus to Gloucester, about 5-10 minutes walk. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant, especially the gentleman who checked us in. We had forgotten to bring...

This is rated 4 Star so to be fair to the review it deserves that. Staff excellent. Location is really pleasant. Georgian property is true to type with original features. The room we had was reasonably appointed but the TV was tiny and ancient. Stuck up on the wall, with all the wires in a flexible conduit. Kettle for the...

This hotel is quite small. It has a great lounge, with an honesty bar . All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just right and set us up for exploring Cheltenham. Rooms quiet and comfortable

Stayed here last year, but haven't had time to write review. This Hotel is immaculately clean, very friendly owners and staff. 10 min walk to town centre and 15 min taxi ride from station. Stunning location, in private road. Breakfast is yummy!

Reception is always warm and welcoming from all the staff. The rooms are comfortable and well sized, the location is good and breakfast is excellent. Cooked fresh to order. The only slight need is a better water system to bathrooms. It will remain a regular stay for me.

Dear Joanne Thank you for taking your time to review The Cheltenham Townhouse. We are delighted to hear that you will return - we love to have regular guests that we recognize. We are looking at the water pressure which can be a little low when everyone is showering at the same time. It is one of the (few) downsides...

This was the perfect place for us two ladies who had met to Christmas shop and catch up. To start with the free car park is a bonus and the staff were happy for us to leave our cars early to go shopping. The rooms were large and very comfortable and not the usual chain hotel fittings which added a...

I've stayed numerous times over 9 years. Rooms are good value and comfortable with the character of the building maintained. Breakfast is of good quality and plentiful. An easy walk into town and only a man or from the racecourse

We stayed as we were going t the races at Cheltenham... competitively priced considering races were on. We were not in the main hotel but in the rooms which were a 5 minute walk away from the main hotel. Car parking was a bonus. The rooms were very nice, had a kitchen area which we didn't need but can see...
