Great position for shopping on The Promenade. Also walking distance of various bars and restaurants. Staff were all charming and extremely helpful. Very comfy bed. Great selection at breakfast, continental and cooked.

Don't advertise 2pm check in if you can't honour it. Needs two chairs in room not just one, annoying when there are rooms big enough. Had a nice refurb but no baths and in just a few months our shower buttons had got sticky, curtain slightly hanging of rail, then toilet chose to run for 10 minutes continuously..... Left us...

It's clear that a lot of money has been spent on this hotel. From what I have read, it was a very tired Mercure, with service to match. Not anymore. I visited here with my partner as it was our anniversary! We booked the Deluxe King room and it was incredible! Extremely clean, fantastic views and plenty of facilities within the room!
