I stayed here recently overnight while touring through the Cotswolds. It was a nice base close to the town center. Marco is a lovely soul. The room was warm and clean. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked and fueled my day. Would recommend if considering a short stay in Bourton-on-the-Water.

We stayed here for two nights over this weekend at the start of the half term break with our two kids (10 and 6) to spend some time in Bourton on the Water. After spending the morning in the town, we arrived at the hotel around 1pm to drop the car off before heading back in to the town and...

This was a fantastic little B&B. We only stayed for one night but it was a very pleasant stay. The location of it is ideal, with it being only 2 minutes walk from the heart of Bourton on the Water. The room was very clean and tidy with a much larger than expected bathroom. The breakfast was also great, with...

A spotlessly clean b&b in a central location. The breakfasts, in the conservatory were excellent. All served and cleared away by a most pleasant, efficient young waitress, who managed every one very well, entirely on her own. The rooms were a bit dated and some of the facilities were not up to much. E.g. The shower was "interesting", the hairdryer...

Very nice B&B; excellent breakfast, great location with good parking albeit in tight quarters. Room was more than adequate and well appointed. Owner Marco is a friendly, loquacious, engaging host, too!

Lovely clean guest house. Our room was across a small courtyard ( car park). It was in a row of six which were all occupied. There was no noise whatsoever and as it was on the ground floor it suited my husband as he has difficulty with stairs. A good choice for breakfast. The host was extremely welcoming and we...

My sister and I stayed for two nights on the 11th & 12th October. The room was in an annex at the back of the property. I had a double bed downstairs and she slept upstairs in one of the two singles. Everything was clean and fresh and Marco was a delight but, unfortunately, we felt a bit left out!...

Proprietor Marco gave us such a friendly reception and led us to our cute en-suite room with facilities still not found in many hotels - spotless throughout. Full English breakfast of the highest quality was served in the conservatory and it's no surprise to view the numerous awards on view. Bourton on the Water is beautiful and central to so...

The reviews for the Broadlands Guest House make the property sound much nicer than it really is. The best part of our stay was the location and the breakfast. The hotel itself is quite old. The hot water in the bathroom was VERY hard to regulate and there were very few outlets in the room. We ended up unplugging the...

We could not believe how spacious the King size suite was, a spacious lounge, complete with Sofa, Dining table and chairs, sink and a fridge, plus a separate Bathroom and bedroom. Just perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The breakfast set us up for the day.
