Stayed 2 nights at a lovely hotel where the staff were more than helpful and attentive. Just needs alittle tlc in bedroom/en suite. Shower tray chipped and cracked, bedside light missing bulb not replaced and side table very dusty but bed very comfortable. Lovely view from bedromm window. Although looking out over main road on sharp corner and road junction,...

Spent afternoon here. Must say the sun was shining. Wedding taking place looked beautiful against the back drop of the gardens. We had a fab lunch with plenty of cold drinks. Staff were very friendly and it was just brilliant to watch the tourists pass by and people watch, loved the setting in the heart of the village. We will...

Visited today for lunch with our dog. We were made welcome in the bar area, which is very comfortable with nice chairs. We had sandwiches of crayfish and avocado and smoked salmon with cream cheese. Large portions so if you have a small appetite you could share as the sandwiches were triple dockers. Lovely pot of tea with huge pot...

Didn't stay at the hotel but stopped for lunch in the bar. The food was of a very high quality and the prices reasonable. I had the small chicken and asparagus salad - freshly cooked, delicious and plenty big enough for a lunchtime. My husband had the chicken burger - also delicious. Would visit again. A nice outside area if...

We stayed for three nights in Vole (room 4) and it was excellent. On the first night the hotel was very busy with a wedding on and the service at our meal was a bit slow, but the food overall was very good and the room excellent. The village is also a must see!

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and were absolutely delighted with the standard and quality at that visit. When we decided to go to the Cotswolds for a visit we naturally decided to return to The Swan. We were very disappointed with the down turn in this hotel. The fine dining has now become a brasserie. This is...

Called in here on a sunny Sunday when Bibury was as usual busy with tourists, decided to stop for lunch as just collected one hungry son from nearby event. Staff mixed nationalities and very helpful, wine list fairly extensive although I caused some confusion asking for a red Zinfandel, delicious when arrived. We ordered a sharing fish platter at £20...
