Everything everyone says about Saltcote Place is true! We stayed for a night but wished it could have been longer. The perfect hosts and the perfect environment in which to feel relaxed but also spoiled. We had such a good time. Our room had its own private entrance and the views were wonderful. Saltcote is beautiful. The attention to detail...

We said we'd be back and back we were. This time briefly but have also booked in again for a few days in February next year. Lovely to catch up again with Paul and Alan. Place looked as lovely on our arrival and we're welcomed as friends. Great guys and great place. Can't wait to get back. See you soon...

A brief stay on the spur of the moment, and I could not have been more delighted with my experience. The property is majestic, but also surprising warm and homely. However, it was the hosts' attention to every detail and their genuine desire to make one feel at home in every way that turned this into a remarkable stay. I...

The house is un believable, Both hosts are very friendly and highly educated. The room was very comfortable with our own entrance, which made it very easy to come and go whenever we felt like it. Rye is a small place so everything is walking distance, even if at first the house seems far, it is not. 10-15 minutes walk...

My Husband and I hadn’t really researched this place but simply were fascinated when it was auctioned as one of the prizes at a Help for Heroes charity dinner. Having successfully bid we have just enjoyed a most wonderful weekend. Paul and Alan start making you feel welcome from the moment that the electric gates roll open and from then...

A superb venue with charming hosts. Plenty of parking and only a leisurely stroll down into Rye so why not enjoy the excellent service, fantastic breakfasts and fabulous views. Looks great on the website but even better when you are there. Highly recommend a stay if you are visiting Rye.

Paul and Alan made us feel most welcome in their beautiful home. The little touches and their warmth made this stay perfect. We really enjoyed visiting Rye and found everyone to be friendly and helpful. Saltcote Place is as luxurious and opulent as the photos and website suggest. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We wanted a quiet, restful few days and that is what we had. Saltcote Place is elegant and charming, with lots of friendly touches, like a brandy nightcap in the bedroom. Paul is a great host and Alain's breakfast was superb. He has an amazing singing voice too!

We had such a lovely stay at Saltcote Place Rye. Paul and Alan were exceptional hosts and always asking if we needed anything. We stayed in the Bridal Suite and had the most glorious views of Rye, Camber Sands and even the English Channel in the distance. It was supposed to be a nice break for us before returning home...

Alan & Paul do everything possible to be the ultimate hosts in their lovely home; breakfast as good as any five star and bedrooms very comfortable. Saltcote Place is in lovely grounds the perfect distance from Rye to feel like you are in the country but with all of Rye close at hand....there are even two good pubs between Saltcote...
