A wonderful old building but very comfortable and welcoming. Very good breakfast with excellent service. We only had one night here but would love to stay longer! Fortunately Brendan arranged a parking voucher and came with us to find the parking area.l

Most perfect place to stay. Beautiful building, lovely room, a great welcome, super breakfast, parking nearby and great places to eat just round the corner. What more could you ask for ? Maybe a walk on the restored Hastings Pier.........

Sorry I don’t know, my room had a king size bed, you would need to ask on booking. I wouldn’t imagine they have queen beds
