This was our second stay at Summerfields House, we stayed for one night after an evening out at The White Rock Theatre. Where do I start?! It was a lovely experience from beginning to end starting with a warm, friendly welcome from Alfredo and Liz. We stayed in the Roses room with ensuite bathroom, the room was nicely decorated and...

Stayed 4 nights, spotlessly clean, warm, with a comfortable bed and a lovely sea view. Alfredo and Liz couldn't have been more welcoming or friendly and the breakfasts (plenty of variation available) were well cooked and in generous portions, (no pigeon sized eggs or see through bacon here) All told we couldn't have expected better and if we are back...

We stayed here for just one night whilst visiting the area for a wedding. Liz and Alfredo are lovely, they couldn't have been more friendly and attentive. The room that we stayed in was 'Hedgerows' as a twin room. It was clean and comfortable with little extra touches like homemade cookies (gorgeous!), DVD's and books and a fridge in the...

Stayed one night. Alfredo and Liz very warm and welcoming. Room was spotless and bed was extremely comfortable. There was also home made cookies in a jar, delicious. Excellent breakfast menu. I had Eggs Florentine, this was cooked to perfection. I will certainly stay there again, if I am down that way.

I decided on this B & B as was impressed with reviews on TripAdvisor. Journey was a bit fraught and got there later than expected. Not an easy place to find. Next door to Travelodge. Were showed to our rooms by Liz who thought that we had booked for 4 people not 3 so realised that I had been over-charged....

Comfortable b and b. Great breakfasts. Attentive staff who make their guests very welcome. In a quiet area but close to all the amenities. Enjoyed our stay here very much. Hope to visit again in the future.

We were received with a very warm welcome by the owners of the house. Nice room, excellent breakfast. The owners gave us tips for restaurants and things to visit in the center. You can park at the B&B and after a 20 min walk you find yourself in the center of Hastings.

A great find for our one night stay in Hastings - it was very quiet but walking distance to the Pier and all the restaurants around there. Liz & Alfredo lovely hosts, very kind they even offered to tumble dry our clothes after getting rained on! Great choice at breakfast and all cooked to order very well. The beds were...

Stayed here last week for 3 nights, as we were going to a wedding in the town. Made very welcome on arrival. Only downside the B & B is a little way from the Town centre which meant we had to walk approx 1 mile to eat in the evening, but found a great taxi service to get back, 247247....

I stayed with a friend over the Bank Holiday weekend and had a fabulous stay. Our room, which had every comfort including delicious homemade biscuits, looked out over a beautiful garden and we had our own large bathroom across the corridor where again we found that a great deal of thought had been given to everything that might be needed....
