We stayed yesterday (24th February 2017) in the Morocco room and it was beautiful. Staff friendly, room stunning and breakfast 10/10. The Hotel is near the pier and we walked along the seafront to the Old Town in Hastings for a meal, drinks and seeing friends. Had a nice night away and will be returning in the future.

We stayed in India - lovely room, with a big bath. Amazing breakfast with loads of options. Nice staff who were very accommodating. Quiet room on the top floor but not a great view just of apartments opposite.

Wow what can I say, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was wonderful. We stayed here to celebrate my 30th birthday. My husband and I are very picky with hotels and usually go for fancy London hotels. THIS WAS BETTER. We stayed in the Africa room and every detail was thought about. The furniture and artistic pieces were well chosen...

I'd always wanted to stay at the Zanzibar since hearing about it. I love a good themed room and on first impressions, Japan appeared cosy, clean and inviting. Our host was incredibly helpful on arrival and apologised for the restaurant being out of action due to renovation works, but was more than happy to book us a table elsewhere. Settling...

I've stayed here twice and both times I've had a great experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated, each room has its own individual charm. Beautiful sea views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is very good to.

Amazing hotel. Each room has a theme, so they are all completely different. We stayed in the penthouse which was beautiful. Had a juke box, fish tank coffee table, fantastic views and an amazing bath big enough for two, that fills from the ceiling. Staff where very friendly and the complementary arrival drink was very nice. Parking is underground which...

We came here many years ago and just as before, we thoroughly enjoyed staying in the themed rooms (Africa this time, India previously) as it added a touch of fun to the proceedings A great welcome by Monica set the tone for the brief visitation, she is a superb host and makes you feel immediately welcome! We took advantage of...

Stayed in December, and were lucky to have beautiful weather. The Manager? (apologies that I have forgotten her name...but she was Italian) was utterly welcoming and lovely, and this made our stay really special. Nothing was too much trouble, but it was delivered in a non fussy way and I really respect her ability to do that. A huge asset...

The room - we were in Japan - was a standard size room pleasantly (but not outstandingly) decorated - could do with a little tlc if I am honest. It was quite dark (even with every light on) with nowhere for ladies to see properly to put on make up etc. The wardrobe was impractical, the loo/washbasin were built into...

My review is somewhat late, as we stayed at this hotel in August last year. We stayed in the Manhattan suite at the very top of the house; It was worth the walk up the stairs. It was lovely spacious suite with a gorgeous deep bath, fluffy towels, etc, and with lovely views. We ordered breakfast in our room, and...
