Have stayed a few times here. It is always been clean and fresh. Tea and coffee facilities are in the room. Good TV and a nice bathroom. It has a card system, where if you go out all the lights and heating goes off. A good night sleep. Friendly staff. Would recommend this premier Inn to everybody.

We have used a number of Premier Inn Hotels for convenience mainly and most have been particularly good for a one or two night stopover and the Hastings Premier Inn was no exception. This hotel was just off the main road into town and therefore easy to find. Check was quick, efficient and friendly, just what you need after a...

The rooms are very clean and modern with good amenities, the staff are also polite and helpful. The restaurant/pub next door is good for what it does and the hotel is in a great location if you drive it's ten minutes from the seafront but there are good bus links. We did have a problem with noise as some people...

We stayed here for a long weekend (3 nights) in mid April 2016. The room rates at this time of year were excellent and we felt we had excellent value for money. We booked a family room (at no extra cost) as our grandson stayed for 1 night. The room was very quiet, clean and everything worked. The staff were...

I have stayed in this particular hotel a few times on business. The rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard and are very comfortable and fresh. The Wi-Fi appears to work well across the hotel, which is not always the case in some of these. The restaurant is very good and the breakfasts are up the normal legendary...

We really enjoy our stays at this hotel. Always good service, clean and comfortable at a good price. Breakfast and bar snacks were served quickly and very tasty too! We will definitely be back again as it's a perfect location for us to visit family nearby.

The reception staff were friendly and the room was clean, tidy and adequate for our stay of two nights. The bed was comfortable - bathroom clean and plenty of hot water! The room was a bit sparse if you intend staying for a week due to limited wardrobe space and only one draw. I have marked the service as average...

We booked this hotel for a short break in Hastings and were not disappointed. Plenty of parking and although close to a main road surprisingly quiet. Easy access to Hastings. Our room was perfect, clean and quiet. The only downside was the attitude of one or two of the people on reception. The Brewers Fair pub next door was excellent....

Where to begin. Room missing telephone, no way of contacting the desk or the outside world without wandering down in pajamas. No room service.
