The one thing with Premier Inn is that you know exactly what you're getting. A very clean room with a very new and comfortable bed. Staff are always bright, friendly and smiling. My room was to the rear of the hotel and in the morning I declined the breakfast and visited the MacDonalds within walking distance.

The standard of Premier Inn is constantly good only really let down by being attached to Brewers Fayre where the food tends to be second rate. A rubber omelette for breakfast isn't a great start for the day. Especially when I asked for ham and cheese to be told "I'm sorry we only do plain". Very friendly staff in both... More

Another good stay at a premier inn, comfortable, clean and nice staff. The hotel is more than a walk into Hastings but still located very conveniently off the A21. Cannot comment on breakfast or restaurant as never used them.

Reasonable service and good clean rooms which is what i expect from P I. Evening meal was good but the stay spoilt by cold breakfast food and damp seats due to them being cleaned the night before. I did complain and did not pay for berakfast.

We booked the Premier Inn as we have never been disappointed in our previous stays around the country though we had never been to this particular hotel or area before. We checked in online the day before which made our check in quick and easy on the day. Staff at reception were helpful and also helped in ordering us taxis... More

well positioned for visiting lots of interesting places. On a main road close to MacDonalds, petrol and Sainsburys but no road noise. Clean and comfortable rooms with very friendly staff. Brewers fayre dining offered good selection of food and more than amplke buffet style breakfast, only downside for us was the amount of children running around using the indoor play... More

There is comfort in knowing that at the end of a long day a comfy bed awaits you at a Premier Inn. The room was clean with a good quality TV. Extractor fan in the bathroom a bit noisy but I like the fact that the shower curtain rail is curved so it doesn't stick to you when showering. Room... More

Some of the windows have recently been refurbished/ replaced at the front but low level road noise is still audible late at night and early morning. Otherwise very good and walking distance to the Conquest Hospital

Lovely hotel premier inn standard but we'll looked after the staff could not have been friendly and more helpful all the ones we met. it's a shame it's connected to the brewers fayre restaurant / bar.we I had a night out to the hastings 950th festival that finished at 21.00 giving us plenty of time to get food as we... The quality we have all come to expect from a Premier Inn - Our room was both clean and airy. The bed was very comfortable. The eatery attached to this was adequate, (although it was a shame that the plates were not warmed for breakfast on the following morning). The breakfast itself had a good variety of choices and a...
