Brilliant hotel to stay in. Always happy to stay at a Premier Inn. It was a brilliant price for the length of stay and exceeded my expectations Clean and comfy rooms and very helpful staff. Slightly out of the way location but has brilliant public transport near by.

I like Premier Inn hotels and this one is well up to standard. Good value, friendly staff and I will stay here again. Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing: it was uncomfortably cold and the portions were small, but the buffet breakfast was very good.

Poor parking facilities caused us problems. The rooms were clean but the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty. The chef was late in, so breakfast was a little delayed, but worth waiting for. There was the usual selection for the continental breakfast.

Not a nice Premier Inn to stay in at all.

We normally stay at the Premier Inn at Polegate when we come down here, but that was full and this one was nearer to where we were going and had plenty of free rooms - NOW I KNOW WHY.

Can anyone name a road to park in if car park is full up?staying Saturday night so guess it will be busy?
If it helps we just parked in the side road on your right, before McDonalds and before the left turning into the hotel (I think the road name is the same as the hotel). Takes less than two minutes to walk from there to the hotel.

does anyone know why the stairs in this hotel stank of damp? also does anyone know why the heaters are from the 19 80's? and if anyone staying in room 17 can tell me what the burn marks on the bathroom door are from I'd love to know!!!
Hi Morris I'm sorry to hear you had a few issues during your stay. If you'd like the team to follow this up, please complete the online feedback form via the Contact Us section of the Premier Inn website. Darren

We have booked 3 rooms for July 2 doubles & 1 twin room as 2 of us are sharing does anyone know if the set up is 2 single beds or a double & single please? As 2 friends are sharing a room but don’t want to share a bed.
As far as I know and seen the bedrooms come with a large bed and you can use the sofa bed or there is an option for two twin beds I think it what the hotel have on the day I would e-mail them your preference .
