Stayed there as this was close to my sister in laws and the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was hit and tasted great, with kids as well the variety was great and the kids enjoyed it. Will defiantly recommend and stay again

We booked to stay here for a night as we had a function in Hastings , we had stayed there a few years ago and we had enjoyed our stay, a few years on was a completely different experience. the hotel is very tired and in need of a upgrade, the room was unbearably hot , bed not very comfortable...

Hi I'm sorry to hear you found your stay disappointing, especially after having such a good stay in the past. This isn't our usual level of experience, so I've passed your comments on to the Operations Manager so the air conditioning unit and bed can be looked into & rectified as soon as possible. It sounds like the hotel may...

Our family room was in a "quite zone" so called probably due to being almost in the next county compaired to reception/restaurant. Luckly we had no issuse with access to this part of the hotel but those with a disability may struggle as no lift access(not a problem with original part of the hotel) which we were only made aware...

I knew they had no rooms with walk in showers but found out on leaving that they do have rooms with low level baths. Who under 70 does not need a walk in shower? However the agility stakes do not end there - the bed should have a climbing aid of some description so not good if you are vertically...

This was convenient for where I had to move on to following day. Parking is good and restraint as a good standard. Premier Inn breakfast is always plentiful. rooms are always clean and tidy. Supermarket near by is good for anything you may need

Was a nice trip, premier inn very clean and private, rooms are lovely however the brewers fayre attached have staff that are either extremely lovely or just damn right rude! No need for it especially if you are clearly stood struggling with bags and a toddler and they state they will not serve you due to the time of day...

The Premier Inn is well situated between the various historical sites surrounding Hastings and only 2 miles from the sea front. Clean and warm despite the raging storm outside. Good car parking on site too.

A pleasant stay. Efficient and quick service. Close enough to the town centre but still has a suburban feel. Has the bonus of a large Sainsbury Supermarket within close walking distance for anything you may have forgotten! Can recommend this Premier Inn and will use it again if in the area.

Good hotel, let down by the high sided bath with shower, very slippery and difficult to get in or out. I would like to have a walk in shower as they have at other Premier Inns. The location and food are very good.
