My Husband and I booked this Guesthouse as a last minute overnight stay. We have been to Hastings many times and usually stay on edge of town. However our usual place were unable to accommodate us this time, hence why we booked The Senlac. We loved it's central town location, easy walking distance from train station and I use a walking...

A stunning little guest house with great owners. We were warmly welcomed, with a cheerful smile and advice on local attractions etc. Our room was smart, airy, clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was so comfy that I wanted to take it home. Clean crisp bedding, sheets and pillow cases and a 10/10 clean sparkling shower. I can't wait to...

We came to Hastings via coach, got lost but a phone call to Senlac soon solved that - they gave us directions and stayed on the phone until we found it. Which was a great start! We were in the double room at the front. Found it lovely and clean, compact and really well thought out layout. The bed was...

This is a very nice and well placed guest house in the sea side village of Hastings. We were here for a wedding and the owner was fine with us getting in after 1am. The rooms are very clean and well furnished and very spacious.

needed good location for a wedding close to seafront and Senlac ticked the box. Good value, paid £170 for 3 rooms on NYE, no breakfast available though on NYD but understandable. Owners very pleasant, no parking but some close by. We were on top floor which had the narrowest shower room which due to ventilation did smell of damp albeit...

The owner of the guesthouse was really welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us. The place smelled of polish which was great, it was so clean. Everything was tidy not a bit of dust or dirt anywhere. Great location too bout a 5 min walk to the promenade. Would definitely go back.

A last minute booking so options were limited as a lot of places were already fully booked, but so happy we ended up at Senlac... Right from the enquiry stage the communication & customer service can't be faulted. Bed very comfy, whole guesthouse clean & very well presented, room at the front very well insulated as I didn't hear anything...

Went to Hastings to visit friends / family so knew we weren't going to be spending a lot of time in a hotel - this is the 1st time I've stayed at a guest house with a shared bathroom so had a few trepidations. However, the experience was very good. The room was clean and bed very comfy, there was...

Booked two rooms, one being an en suite, the other a shared bathroom. The owner was very pleasant on arrival and check in was very efficient. The rooms are of a good size, we had rooms 1 & 7. The thing that stands out to me about The Senlac, is the facilities in the rooms. The TV and coffee etc...
