I really like the Eagle House Hotel. The restaurant was surprisingly good for a small hotel. The whole place seemed perpetually under-staffed, but the staff they had worked really hard and always had a smile for the guests. Parking is limited, but at least it has some. Not sure if there is on-street parking or not. There is even some...

Great little hotel based in St Leonard's so about 15 min walk along the seafront to Hastings, perfect with kids. On site park, with a great family room at the top of the house, clean and comfy but the rooms are in real need as the same make-over the lobby has had. The staff are really friendly and nothing was...

Stayed for 1 night 26th July. Shown to room on arival by nice lady, friendly and chatty. Believe she must be owner/manager. Room stayed on top floor overlooking garden area - 1 double and 1 single bed, ensuite, large room with nice old fashioned wardrobe and antique looking furniture. Bed - very comfy, good night sleep, quiet. TV - on...

Rooms were clean enough. Very Nice size. Plenty of room very relaxed atmosphere. The decoration was a little quirky but think they are in the process of up dating. The breakfast was good. Would visit again. Parking but not lots so had to park on road outside.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly. However it is in dire need of an update. The bathroom floor tiles are cracked and precarious in places. The bed very creaky, so not a good night's sleep. Breakfast was freshly cooked and more than adequate

We stayed for a night at the Eagle House Hotel, and were somewhat satisfied. Positive: the room was quite large, bathroom nice and modern, it has free parking for guests, and a wonderful breakfast. Not so great: rooms 1-5 are in the basement level - with no elevator ("it's a Victorian home"), there's no WiFi in the rooms (only in...

This hotel must once have been a large elegant period house in the St Leonards district of Hastings. There are many delightful large properties in the area, but most are sadly very run down and probably divided into bedsits. Eagle House looks good from the exterior, with its two ‘golden eagles’ perched impressively above the front door. However, any period...

Meet up weekend with friends, so we decided to book Eagle House hotel . Must say this was not our first choice! Most of the other hotels were booked up for the weekend. Eagle house only had family room available. Greeted with a warm welcome, had to pay up front upon arrival; no problem with this, also notice at front...
