Enjoyed my stay at coghurst hall. Prettier and more interesting than most sites, set in woodland with a large lake which can be fished. Staff were friendly. It's the only place I've stayed where they came and asked if everything was OK. Nice static caravan and enjoyed a nice breakfast outside the clubhouse on a veranda surrounded by trees. Would love to go again.

We have been visiting Coghurst Hall regularly for the past couple of years. (Weekends and holidays) We have an autistic son who takes some time to get used to places and Kristy from the park was excellent with him and gave us passes throughout the year so we could get him used to the place for when we visited for our weekends and holidays. When we first visited the entertainment was Sean and Paddy and they were absolutely amazing. Especially Sean. He couldn’t do enough to make my children, particularly my autistic son welcome. He was superb. As was Paddy. The caravans we had during the year were great. Very clean and no problems. Ok, we did have an issue with the Wi-Fi but our fee fee for the Wi-Fi was refunded with no issues at all. Then we returned in the summer of 2020 and things couldn’t have been more different. The caravan we had was filthy. There was bugs and spider webs in the cornier and lots of weird insects crawling around. I did report it and to their credit they did send someone out quickly. He cleaned the spider webs and bugs away. Then when we returned after a night in the clubhouse the bugs were back in exactly the same place. Then there’s the club house. The bar staff and the management were fantastic and very friendly. But this time the entertainment were absolutely appalling. They didn’t even acknowledge us once during the whole week. Not even a hello. My son tried taking to the girl and she just walked off. Then the next day I tried myself to talk to the same girl and she politely explained that it was the end of her shift and she’s be back in 2 days if I wanted to talk. Errrr no thanks!! I KNOW these are strange times and it was during a Covid restrictions but there’s no need for that. It got to the point where my youngest son asked me if we could go home on the Wednesday because he just wasn’t having a good time. We suck it out but this year the kids have asked us to go somewhere else so I’ve booked Haven which is down the road from them. Surely can’t be any worse. As I’ve said, it’s a shame because the park has the potential to be great like it was when we first went. The kids LOVED It and couldn’t wait to go back. Unfortunately our last visit cost us a lot of money and it was such a disappointment. I think it was nearly £700 but I’d have be disappointed to have paid £100 for it. Sorry guys

We stayed here last month and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and the fishing lake is in a lovely setting as is most of the Park. It seemed very quiet although it was full. Would return

Friendly staff and great service Very clean accommodation Comfortable Great for families Entertainment Swimming Fishing Amusements On site shop Clubhouse Rebecca at reception was very helpful and really looked after our every need. Amazing entertainment from Ben and Andy, thank you so much for making the experience a wonderful one for my daughter. Mark the night warden was fantastic when my daughter feel over hurting herself, he made her laugh and feel better, and help clean her cuts. Mark also helped us when we had a problem in the night and went out his way to sort things out. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend this location to go away for a great holiday. We will definitely be returning back soon to enjoy another holiday with the great team at coghurst Hall Holiday Park 🏞. Great with covid restrictions, booked times for swimming and small numbers in the pool, clean and tidy in all communal areas inside and out. Friendly, helpful staff. Great atmosphere during entertainment. Would definitely recommend for a great place to stay.

The breakfast was cooked extremely well, and the service was polite and friendly. The area was clan and sanitised. They had kids entertainment to keep the kids amused during breakfast! The park is kept clean and tidy, considering the Covid situation it was well organised.
