If you stay in Eastbourne I would choose this place to stay, the owners very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good, keep up the good work. It is close to the town center and just a walk to he sea front.

We were great by a very friendly owner. The room was at the top. Lovely view very clean. I had a great sleep in a comfy bed. Breakfast was cooked early for us. Very well cooked. Overall the best I've stayed in. And I work away all week for the last 3 years. 5star 👏👏👏

Stayed for one night, the room was a good size, the bed was comfortable & clean & the view of the sea from our room was nice, breakfast was superb, freshly cooked & plenty of it. The down side is the smell of smoke when you enter the lobby & this continued throughout the building, certainly in our room. I... More

This was our first time here and we stayed one night. We stayed in a double ensure room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable albeit a little small (although we are used to a super king at home). The room also had a nice view of the park opposite and the sea. The full English breakfast was... More

A tidy B&B. One of the owners greeted us upon arrival for checkin and she was very nice. Our room had a nice view of the ocean and the park across the street. No bathroom in our room, but not a problem. Quiet stay, good breakfast, and courteous staff made for a pleasant stay. Wi-Fi was so-so, but we had... More

I have stayed at this B&B before on a few occasions, every time I have visited Hastings and would have in the future if it weren’t for such, in my opinion, a very unreasonable attitude this time. I travel 200 miles to see my son every 2 weeks and take him out to various places over the weekend. Because of... More

This gentleman said that he found our premises on a website that advertised the room he booked for £58, also states the 48 cancellation policy. If he had stayed with us before,as stated, he would have known that the b&b rate is £65 and has been for a few years. We are sorry that his son was ill and we... More

A very warm welcome on arriving. Our twin room was up on the second floor lovely and cosy nicely decorated. Didn't realise when we booked that it was a shared bathroom and not en suite however it was right next to our room it was spotlessly clean and always vacant when we needed it. A fab selection of breakfast items... More

We stayed for 3 nights in late August and were blown away with Sherwood Guest house! We arrived quite late and were greeted in a very friendly and welcoming manner. Our room was comfortable and clean, and even though we didn't manage to book an en suite this was never an issue over our stay as the communal bathroom was... More

We stayed one night while visiting Hastings. The owner greeted us and was very friendly. Location was in quiet area, but there is a pub and seafood restaurant within walking distance. Parking is on street but we found a space easily. Our room was reasonable size with shower, etc. Breakfast was made to order and very good. We would recommend.
