This place was perfect for our 2 night stay. Right in the middle of everything. Our welcome was lovely and friendly. Our room was great with a sea view. The bed was massive. The room was really clean. It had a little fridge. Breakfast was so nice. They serve the best poached eggs!! This isn't a negative thing, but obviously...

We went for a wedding, and stayed two nights at One Broad Street. Had a lovely and sizeable room at the front, with a sideways view of the sea. Room was light, clean, with all mod cons and a very clean en-suite. Brighton is noisy at night, so they provide ear-plugs, which my wife used. We live in darkest Cornwall,...

Stayed for two nights recently. We were met with a warm welcome and the hospitality remained top notch throughout our stay. We had a room on the first floor. The property is clean and tidy. Although the bedroom/ shower room was compact, it served us well. Little extras water, soaps etc were a lovely touch. The bed was very comfy,...

Had a wonderful time in Brighton thanks to Lorraine and Richard Torres of the One Broad Street B&B who go the extra step to make you feel like at home. Travelling solo is not always easy but I found this very charming B&B, clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities. It's only minutes away from the Lanes, and the...

They obviously had a very good photographer because the rooms are very small and tired looking. Our bathroom was a very small shower cubicle, where the curtain stuck to your legs, and a loo - the hand basin was across the floor beside the bed. The landlady is very friendly but unfortunately she's married to Mr Grumpy - I made...

Perfect place to stay for a few nights in Brighton. Richard & Lorraine : welcoming and helpful. Rooms : comfy, roomy and come with a fridge and sweeties! Breakfast : special! Perfect scrambled egg and thank you for the black pudding!!! We've been before and we'll be back. (Now if only we can sort out Richard's unfortunate allegiance to Arsenal...)...

The room was lovely decorated and clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the position of the bed&breakfast is perfect, only like five minutes from the brighton pier away.
