Just had a lovely 2 night break in this fab B&B to celebrate our wedding anniversary, stayed in the studio room on the very top floor, (kept the leg muscles working) Lorraine and Richard were great hosts, giving us ideas for places to go (mostly good pubs etc..) and Richards breakfasts were fabulous, we shall definitely go back to One...

My other half and I stayed here for our 1 year anniversary weekend in Brighton...... Knowing that it was a special weekend, Richard and Lorraine had upgraded us to a bigger room. Upon entering the room, we found they had written us a lovely card and there was a bottle of prosecco in the fridge..... there was no need for...

Lovely hosts, very welcoming and happy to accomodate our late check in. Clean room and amazing cooked breakfast each morning. Fantastic location, very central. Would definitely recommend to friends and will be staying again next time we visit :)

We really enjoyed our 2-night stay at One Broad Street and found Lorraine and Richard easy going, informative and welcoming. Richard kindly came out to help us find a parking space nearby. The room itself was lovely, spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with bonus sweet treats on the refreshments tray. The breakfast and coffee was fantastic, you can tell Richard is...

Many thanks to Lorraine and Richard for a wonderful stay in Brighton, just yards from the seafront. Their friendly, helpful and easy-going manner, combined with their attention to detail, made this a delightful place to stay for Catherine's 50th birthday. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated, and the cooked breakfasts were terrific, using high quality, locally sourced produce. If...

Amazingly good value place. Sweet room with good facilities. Spotlessly clean.Don't be put off by rather spartan entrance hall and breakfast room (I didn't have breakfast). Very well situated. Minor quible: I couldnt get wifi in my room, so I used breakfast room which was no problem.

We loved staying here, Lorraine and Richard were very welcoming and friendly, they saved us at the last minute as we originally planned on staying at the Travelodge on Brighton Seafront and it was disgusting! We stayed in room 7 at One Broad Street and it was spotless, and was made to feel very homely, and the added bonus was...

We've stayed in Brighton a few times and paid through the nose for expensive hotels that turned out to be pretty rubbish. To find this place was a massive stroke of luck. Really well situated in Kemptown with some good pubs and restaurants, and a plethora of great coffee shops nearby. The Lanes and the city centre are but a...

The whole property was clean, neat and bright. We were happy to find the place exactly as advertised online. The studio that we had was on the 4th floor with beautiful views over Brighton. The bathroom was impeccable, bright, white soft towels. The place had a personal touch and shabby chick influences. Breakfast was delicious, vegan or vegetarian options available...

We are so impressed with our stay here. The welcome we received was great, the Attic room felt very private and very clean. Breakfast was lovely. We recommend this guesthouse & would absolutely stay again.
