We recently stayed at the griffin room 4 for two nights which was simply amazing. Although we didn't have a shower the whirlpool and sea view room certainly made up for that. The room itself was spacious and very clean. A lot of reviews are commenting on the noise we didn't find it a problem, although there is street noise...

We recently stayed at the Griffin for two nights and very much enjoyed it. It is an unusual quirky place run by two lovely guys. Great location right by the beach, pier, and near to the Laines fab shopping area. Great pub directly opposite ( do try their Zombies!) The Brighton eye is at the end of the road so...

Booked here last minute and only stayed one night (would have stayed 2 nights but they couldn't fit us in). We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely room, great shower, exceptionally comfortable bed and a great welcome. The breakfast was unusual and exceptionally good. They also have a conservatory/sitting room with tea and coffee making facilities (and biscuits) which is...

We booked into here for a two night stay for our mini honeymoon. So we wanted somewhere nice with a bit of luxery for our base to explore Brighton. The rooms at The Griffin are every bit as stylish as they look on the websites photographs. We stayed in room 6 with a double walk in shower in the room...

If anyone wants to visit Brighton and wants to stay in a chi chi guest house that's whack-bang in the middle of things, a stone's throw from the sea front and a very short wander to The Lanes then look no further. Our hosts Kieran & Chris were superb from the get go - we had a map of the...

This bed and breakfast excels normal standards by all means. This is worth a 6 star evaluation! Rooms The rooms are large, modern, equipped with extras like a fan, fridge, ipod dockin station etc. All beds have anti-allergic feather bedding. I have never slept in a feather bed for my whole life as I am extremely allergic to them and...

We have stayed in Brighton many times over a number of years and have always chosen hotels over guest houses. All these years we have been missing out, once inside you feel like your in a Five Star hotel. The greeting was Superbe, advice given on where to eat, help with parking, bags carried to your room, a lovely little...

My boyfriend and I stayed in room 6 for just one night and we loved it! The room is lovely and big with a really comfortable bed and a wonderful big shower. The owner was very accommodating to our needs as we had asked if the room could be ready for us at 12 which it was on arrival. He...

Must have is the scrambled eggs and tomatoes. Great hosts. Got in my and helped find a parking spot in the impossible downtown Brighton. Only negative is the west facing rooms get hot in the afternoon and evening in summer and don't cool off easily. Ask for east facing room in summer
