Pros :Comfy bed and good walking distance to The Pavilion, Laines, Palace Pier and Kemp Town shops Cons :mould in bathroom which had been covered up with white Fablon, but that had mould on it too! Wall paper coming away from wall, plaster blistering around vent and rubber seal

You can’t book parking through the hotel so would have to park in a nearby car park. The hotel is located close to the local amenities so there should be plenty. We traveled up by train as it worked out cheaper than paying for petrol and parking.
