Stayed here for just the one night but it was lovely!. The bed was very comfortable and there are some lovely homely touches (DVD's to take up to your room and watch) would most definitely come back 🖒

It was only a short weekend break but the hotel was excellent. Very quiet considering the location. The room was tiny but very cosy. Everything in the room looks new and clean. You get mineral water and coffee/tea making stuff in the room too. In the lobby you can borrow DVDs to play in your room, also there are some...

What a fantastic place! Simon and Michael were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was late arriving in my first night and there was no problem getting to my room. They even left me a handwritten welcome note. I also changed my booking to add another party and yet again it was no issue....

Lovely hotel Richard and Simon made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Accommodation five minutes from the pier. Plenty of Refreshments of tea, coffee, bottled water and chocolates in room. Beautiful breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommended.

We have been coming to Brighton for years and stayed in a number of different guest houses. This one beats all the others hand down. Richard and Simon made my wife and I feel so very welcome. They are both such genuine guys, gently spoken and always there with a warm smile. The house and rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and...

I would highly recommend this establishment, it did not feel like a B&B more like a boutique hotel. We received a courtesy call prior to our arrival and were warmly greeted by the hosts Lin and June, we were told the owners were away on a well deserved break. Our room was beautifully decorated and very spacious, lovely view from...

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights (fri-sun). We had a wonderful welcome on arival at the hotel. However the only negetive point was the parking, although this could not be helped and i had previously spoken to the manager about what to expect on the phone during booking. I was given my two parking permits which covered...

The owners were on holiday themselves , however their very good friends gave us a very warm welcome and they recommended so many good places to go to . We absolutely loved our room , it...

Stayed in this lovely guest house for two nights as part of a business trip, and made to feel very welcome by the friendly owners. Parking is typically haphazard, as it is for the whole of Brighton, but I was lucky to get a space only a few yards away, and £10 for a 24 hour parking permit is decent...
